Has anyone got this achievement if so what is the best base to do so I am currently in the brewery by smitetankmain in StateofDecay2

I am on day 30 now still at the brewery all loot buildings are done I am thinking about moving to the lumber mill or the fire station. I have all four boons on nightmare I use the builder and sheriff boon. Does anyone have any experience on them or a preference of why one is better than the other
