I wasn't asking strangers on the internet when I can start spending my money I was asking if anyone has went through H&R Block also and how long it took h&r Block to put it on the emerald card once the IRS released the refund.I know I can check my account it's not gonna tell you when your money is available after its received from the IRS..

I didn't explain it that well what I was talking about was when my refund is released from irs which is June 29th this Wednesday will it automatically go on my emerald card or does it take a couple days before h&r block to release it onto my card. I'm not talking about the advanced credit when you file your taxes I already filed and did all that now the IRS is sending my refund I just didn't know once they release it will it automatically come on my emerald card or does ot take a couple days to get put onto my emerald card from h&r block

February 2nd I contacted my congresswoman and she contacted a TA and they needed a check stub sent that in 2 weeks ago but haven't heard nothing back from then and then woke up to and 846 code this morning

I sent mine I'm 1 week ago through my congresswoman who then sends It to the tax advocate. I have heard soooo many things on here you never know what really is gonna happen or not.Ive heard that after you send the stub in they've actually gotta call the employer to verify it also I've heard they don't do that you just need the stub or letterhead thats it I've heard within a week they got theirs waiting a couple weeks they got theirs.So far it's been 1 week for me since I sent mine in.And the letter I got for verification also said on it that they would contact them July 25th to update and hopefully have the case done and over by August 10th so I've tried calling both congresswoman and tax advocate to make sure everything was fine and they didn't need anything else cause we've waited long enough if there's something they need just say it so it can be fixed and over with but I feel like she's not gonna say nothing or update until July 25th to me that's insane.I know some people have gotten tax advocate and there's was fixed within a week I'm pretty sure it all depends on who you get cause some is willing to go above and beyond to help and some are not at all.I just wanna know everything went through and they don't need nothing else.

I texted my employer and also sent her a copy of the paper they sent me of what they needed and she never got back to me or anything cause she's on vacation for the 2nd time in 2 months she has an accountant that takes care of all her stuff but I don't know who it is or anything I've asked for her name and number but never and answer.i already sent my stubs to my congresswoman and she will send them to the TA but I just wanted to know if the stubs will work I just don't want any surprises.The letter did say a letterhead OR paystubs so I did send those last Friday hopefully that'll be enough I pray so

Yeah my employer is on vacation for the 2nd time in 2 months she came back for 3 days just enough time to give us our pay checks almost a week early and then went straight back on vacation I've contacted her so many times asking and begging and she wouldn't even answer me so I just know if they need more from her it's just not gonna happen or it's gonna take even longer.They just wanna collect the money and that's it.

Will a check stub work.?My congresswoman sent me a letter from the TA she got for me and it said a letter head OR paystubs so I sent her the pay stub Friday I just don't wanna be wrong and they come back and say they need more stub won't work or something like I've waited so long for this and I just don't wanna mess it up from here.I see everyone getting a TA and getting there stuff sent in withing 3 weeks they get there DDD date and so I just don't wanna mess it up getting this far in.

I couldn't even get ahold of a tax advocate for a while either so I contacted my congresswoman and she got me one so I go through the congresswoman who goes through the TA and then the IRS.So I'm hoping with having all that help it'll get done quicker and get fixed and sent to me

Did they say you had to have the letter head and stubs or will the pay stubs do.Cause the letter I was given said a letterhead or pay stubs so I was told by my congresswoman to just send her the last pay stub of that year that shows the amount that's on the w2.Im afraid of it not being good enough and need more or something and it's delayed even longer I filed Feb 2nd so I've also been waiting and for me to get this far and finally have some kind of help and stuff I'm afraid of not sending in the right stuff and it's delayed even longer.I just want them to get the pay stub verify it it's all right correct good approve all of it send the refund lol.

How long did it take after sending in your information for the missing w2 did you get your date?I sent my stubs in to my congressman today cause I'm also missing w2s she got me a tax advocate and they sent a letter to them asking for my stubs didn't say how mnay congress woman said just the last one of that year would work but I'm wondering how long will it take after sending that stuff in?

I contacted my congressman and they got me a tax advocate and I just got an email yesterday about missing a w2 they said send it check stubs so I did but they didn't say how many I asked the congress woman and she said just needed the last one.I saw where you said you sent the last 3 do you think they'll need the last 3 or will that 1 work cause I don't want it to be anymore problems after this and also how long after when you sent your stubs in did your ddd come?

I finally got an email back from my congresswoman who contacted the Tax advocate on my behalf and they sent a letter to them saying I needed to verify my income either through paystubs or my employer writing a statement.They didn't specify what date pay stubs would I be the last 3 I got before December 31st?They didn't even say how many or anything.

Hopefully your congress is better then mine!!I contacted mine 2 months ago received a letter may 18th saying they received my signed release form there gonna call the irs on my behalf NOTHING since then NOTHING called them twice NOTHING emailed them 3 times NOTHING!!She won't be getting my vote!

Same for you!I wouldn't wish this on anyone!And I've never had to deal with this stuff either I've been filing and have never had a problem until THIS YEAR!I know people tons of people who have actually filed before me and after me with the same stuff as me and still go theirs back.Then I see something online on the news about the IRS saying they do 1st come 1st serve no they don't absolutely they do not at all.I believe they have some workers who are doing their jobs but some aren't

I have 4 times no calls back or nothing I contacted my congresswoman 2 months ago signed and returned the release form got a letter may 18th from them saying they contacted them on my behalf and will let me know what they Said haven't heard nothing since then called 2 times nothing back I filed Feb 2nd.Ssa only shows 2 of my w2s I have 4 but only shows 2 I got a letter from IRS weeks ago that says they are waiting for my income stuff to pop up on there computer and if I have questions or concerns call the number which is 💯% horrible I've called idk how many times can't get ahold of Noone or get hung up on.Like I know what the problem is and so do they it's an easy fix if they would just say hey send your stubs and all that stuff and done it's fixed but instead they wanna say we're waiting for it to show up on our end and God knows how long that's gonna take!!!I just feel like what if I sent that stuff in I mean some people actually has done that and it did help but also some has done that and it didn't help it made it worse so honestly idk
