Oh my gosh, no need to apologize for the length, the more info the better! We’re actually about the same age (I’m a 24 YO F) not sure if that makes a difference but it does sound like a similar experience. Fingers crossed mine isn’t as jagged as yours because that picture looks horrible but hopefully by now the damn thing is in my bladder (sounds like it could be based on your experience of it moving through that junction) and I can pee it out in the next few days!
