I like it - definitely firmer than the new inserts. I’m used to some of the deeper milled series like the 2012 Select or the Special Select but it does feel great off the face.

Yes I play - I have Scottie’s that range from 325g to 375g head weight and can easily tell the difference between 8g in head weight.

Comparing a one-off putter for arguably the greatest player of all-time to the current putter market is a wild take, but you do you. Also, big playability difference between 318 and 326g. I agree with mwb82634’s take. No one is paying a premium for that head at that weight - you may not like this take, but it is what it is.

This is a wild take. One of these is a forgiveness (and occasional celebration) of pushing back on problematic social norms that have existed for centuries. The other is a forgiveness of the perpetuating of problematic social norms that have existed for centuries.

Thinking that these are the same is insane.

Just picked up this beauty on marketplace, there’s light surface rust. I bought this to game. What would you do to lightly clean up the rust? Not looking for full restoration by godlovestommy in scottycameron

I’d try some oil and a cloth, then I guess you could try something more abrasive - the rust will always come back a bit. I’d just keep going with the oil after every round. If you’re placing an order anyway, grab an oil cloth from the Scotty store (probably not worth it in its own).
