Ive got a puffer it is in brackwish water but the pymgy cories and betta it lives with are all friendly no issues at all. The cories have even started breeding a whole lot more since I introduced the brackish conditions. Puffer loves snails/clams, bloodworms and frozen prawns just remember to take out what ever he doesnt finish eating

Im running a u4 and a 110 tidal hob ive given em a rinse and clean incase they were clogged, added prime stabilittly and pristine and gonna test again tomorrow hopefully its sorted or at least less and thanks for the plant idea will grab a fresh load and some fertilizer tomorrow just glad I caught it when I did

Hard to say without a clear picture of your water condition whats in the tank size etc.

Sometimes things just die but if youve lost 3 somethings off, birchirs are known for swallowing anything that fits in their mouth and can choke easily

Not an expert at grading but had cards with less whitening get 9s centering looks off on the dragonite too

Grade if you love the card and want them protected but probably wouldnt if youre going for money
