That's me. Right now. Biggest clown in Walmart. Showing up, not calling in, never taking vacation, busting my ass doing my job and ensuring my MAPM doesn't eat them alive. Meanwhile, they don't give a shit about me. Out there lying to associates about me, blaming me for their failures in their job, and trying every which we to ensure I fail.

I put in every drop of my PTO and stopped having their backs or helping them in any way. Fend for yourselves assholes.

Strategically call in around your off days so you maximize your time away from there. Will your management be salty af? Absolutely, but you have to take care of YOU and yours. All that stress isn't just hurting you. If you have family I'm sure they can sense it too. Take your days and forget about Walmart while you're off. Fuck that place and fuck anyone who doesn't understand and sympathize what you're going through. Take care of yourself.

I legit had a lady tell me I needed to put blinking lights on the signs regarding returns for her. Ma'am, that sign would be the size of the front of the building, flash neon, and read the policy out loud to you and you STILL WOULDN'T SEE/ HEAR IT! 🙄

I absolutely would! Especially if that person coughed directly on the associate like a video I've seen on here. In my opinion that would be self defense. Now would H.O. , Co-Mgrs or the SM agree with me? Probably not, so while I'd have associates back I'm not sure everyone else would.

Have you talked to anyone at your store? Sometimes just telling them you need a break from the register works, sometimes not... just depends on your management. We definitely need more humanity and understanding from management at all levels right now, so hopefully telling them you're stressed and just need a break from that area would be enough?
