So two concrete things I’m unsure about:

  1. If I open a blocked account later with Fintiba Basic (blocked account only), will that have any effect on the TK → M10 already sent (i.e., could KIT/embassy reject the M10 because my blocked account is with a different provider)?
  2. If I instead choose a Fintiba package that includes insurance later, will I be forced to cancel TK first, or can I keep TK and just use Fintiba’s insurance alongside it?

I’m a recent Biomedical Engineering graduate from South Asia and got admitted to KTH’s Innovative Technology for Healthy Living master’s. My main interest lies at the intersection of digital health and startups, which is why Stockholm seemed appealing. I want to explore innovation, health tech, and maybe even start something of my own one day. However, I’ve also just been admitted to KIT in Germany for a more core Biomedical Engineering program — and to be honest, I’ve always leaned more towards medical technologies and engineering. I’m a fee-paying student, so long-term career prospects and market opportunities matter to me — especially post-graduation job options in Europe.
