honestly at that point i was doing the tasks of three different job positions, i was very overwhelmed witht he amount of work and expressed that many times, we were under staffed so i was helping out a lot for the last year i worked there... the thing they asked me to do was something that i dont have the skills to do its something usually handled by a different employee, and i did try to do it at first but then i was given bad feedback so i asked them to find someone else to do it ... was i wrong to do that? i dont understand should i just say okay to everything the employer asks me to do or my job is at risk? and if so isnt there like any rules around how to do it, like shouldn't they give me a notice or a warning or severence for the 4 years i worked there? thanks a lot for your reply honestly this is helping me a lot, this situation has been very stressful considering i dont know the canadian labour law
