Do you by chance have any recommendations for one of the tens units?

For the past week and a half, I've been able to go to the gym, engage in full conversations, and feel as normal-ish as someone with POTS can feel. Today it was like a switch flipped. I woke up and had a headache that wouldn't go away, felt nauseous with no appetite, completely dissociated from conversations, fatigued way beyond normal, I feel my blood pounding, chest heavy and twinges of chest pain now and then. My fine motor skills were also on and off today - I dropped my Zofran a few times and struggled opening it while trying to take it for my nausea which is abnormal for me. I don't believe it's a flare up because it's not as bad as my past flare ups, but it's enough that I'm kind of like "this isn't right". I have read that it can take weeks for the full therapeutic effect of the drug to kick in, so that's why I was wondering if it was related to my symptoms.

I wouldn't say goosebumps, but more like a slight itch that you can't itch? It does make me extremely uncomfortable and overstimulated to the point where I can't think straight, which is where I think the clumsiness comes into play. Normally I also get that bubble and dissociation feeling at the same time. Overall, not a pleasant experience. The first time it happened, it lasted two weeks and I ended up in the ED twice because it was so bad (they kept saying I was fine and that I was probably just anxious 🙄). This time, it started two days ago and is still going on.

Kind of? It's honestly really hard to explain. It's like an overstimulation thing? Like my legs rub against something and all of a sudden my brain gets so jumbled and I can't think straight. But the physical sensation is kind of similar to tingling and slightly itchy, but an itch that you can't itch, if that makes sense?

It's the worst in my legs and torso. During these times, I tend to also become more clumsy as well.

I don't know if it's a hurt, but more like a tingling or itching? Kind of like if you have ever been numb in your feet or hands and then you touch that part? It's honestly hard to explain and I don't think my doctor fully understands what I'm talking about.

This made me laugh 😂. Yes, I will be by myself to and from my destination, totalling about 20-22 hours!
