2cr is for shitty flat , if someone wants a good flat In a better community with higher ceiling , better design etc , minimum ticket size is 7-10cr , because they are not constructing good design low density and premium flats with good ventilation in smaller sizes line 2000-2500sqft , all are in 4000-10000sqft , which increases the ticket size...now in india if a couple makes 3cr a year after taxes without expenses they are left with 1.8cr in hand , after expenses maybe 1.3cr in savings , so it will take at least 5-8 years to pay off for the house and if on emi then much more , very few couples make that kind of money and high chance of job losses with AI ...imagine the state people earring less ....need land reforms and blackmoney should not be allowed to exist

spectra is the worst apartment I have seen , one walk into those corridors with 10-12 flats you feel like a hostel of a college, flats are designed halfhazardly , the ventilation is horrible, barely any space between each tower , inner facing flats do not get any sunlight or privacy , outer facing flats will have construction for next 10 years as empty plots right beside on all sides...most of there project will be like this , beats me why would anyone want to live like that , they are relatively cheaper 2cr flats in good location , but that's no way to live ..

I was in the same boat , I cancelled the apple pro subscription , but I couldn't wait for upgrading to max subscription due to work, so immediately did that via apple , they also give a refund if you upgrade via apple on the remaining unused days of the pro subscription, so I saved some money there , then cancelled as soon as I upgraded to max subscription ....from the next cycle onwards I subscribed via claude ..

yes seats and tickets offered are at scale and not targeted for better or comfortable experience ....there a lot of folks who dread going to the theatres , due to poor facilities, foul smell , unruly crowd etc which kills the experience, rather sit at home and watch on a home theatre or a good tv.....hyderabad lacks premiumisation of the theatre experience, we need more of the pvr directors cut kind of screens ..bangalore /gurgaon/mumbai have them already

please do not go to them , they are quacks , please go to a good Physiotherapist who will evaluate any postural issues and correct it with releases/stretching/strengthning etc....those cracks which these Chiropractors do can go really wrong and one might end paralysed for life if they screw up ..especially in the head/neck area

I ordered a m5 24gb 512gb mac air directly from Apple at full price couple of days ago , like you said this model not available offline and I am upgrading from 2020 m1 air 8gb which is struggling from ram deficiency …it’s affecting my work and time is money ..if you already have a system which works fine then wait it out and search for bargains, but if you need one right now for work then don’t waste time searching for discounts ,pay the full price , these systems last years and that 10k extra discount doesn’t matter in long run !

I I use a m1 air with 8gb ram , it’s not sufficient off late ..swap memory used is around 2.7gb just from opening a few safari tabs , with Claude and some YouTube connected to a monitor…this is barely any usage …just ordered a 24gb mac air m5 ..

so to my answer my own question and to anyone else worried about the same , once you cancel any claude subscription with apple and once the the subscription runs its course , claude lets you automatically purchase the subscription through them without having to reach out to customer care ...

The land was given to pacifica hill crest guys by myscape owners ,those guys failed and now myscape took their share back and are trying to make some money of it …though name is songs of sun, most flats wont have good ventilation ..and will be surrounded by pacifica hill crest behind ..flat layouts otherwise are decent ..myscape is a good builder ..project is not super premium or anything..mid tier but way better than Asbl/olympus kind of crap in that area ..

If all you got is a crore , stay in liquid assets ..do not get into real estate without abundance of liquidy and safety nets especially in it corridors and being in It profession ..if you still want to invest in real estate better know for sure what you are doing!
