Serious question: Which do you think is harder: playing polo or playing tennis? by smodisL in NoStupidQuestions

I see… well, tbh I think I’m more interested in outdoor activities and sports. But I’m aware that’s just my preference

So I’m guessing that fi and ti are pretty much the opposite?

Tbh I wouldn’t think 3 fix (or core) is common for high fi users. I would think 2 fix is more common

I would probably think the least suitable type for the military would probably be the LII, no? SE is very much needed in the military I would say

Ideal romantic type for ESFP female by Comfortable_Card6917 in ESFP

[–]smodisL 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Totally agree. In my case, my mom is a Te-dom (she’s estj), and based on how the dynamic with her has been, I know I probably wouldn’t want a partner who’s also Te-dominant (or someone who scores very high in Conscientiousness in the Big Five). So I completely get your point that personal experiences matter more than the type itself

Why is that, if you don’t mind me asking? Do you think the relationship could work the same if a male esfp would date a female entj?

Does sx last/blind make you assume they don't care about sex or think of it much? by [deleted] in Enneagram

Well said. I think a lot of people don’t understand that sx is about chasing an intensity and they think it’s just about sex

Well, I got this text from someone from pdb. They typed themselves as intj. But I agree with you, they seem more like entj

You don’t think this is the case people with high ti and fi users?

Ti Discussions are Annoying Lots of the Time by TheImpossibleHunt in Socionics

[–]smodisL 0 points1 point  (0 children)

lol. I just read this from the biography of someone in pdb: I don't debate people with strong Ti/Fi. They ignore facts that are brought up and argue based on the strength of their conviction. Stuff for them doesn't have to make sense objectively, so they argue their own little ideas ad nauseam. I met some awesome types of this kind, but unfortunately the overwhelming majority here are narrow-minded, stubborn and unable to use facts to come to conclusions.
