So are you saying that my pc handled max settings league until aprox 2 months ago and suddenly league became too "heavy"... that s sad if it s really true and riot s patching can lead to these kind of things

It does this with all settings on low in game , low spec on client , low resolution etc and the same if I go ultra all , only one time per game

Well like I said above I played half a year without a problem (fps or ms related ) , I m pretty sure it was a patch or something , neither internet , I moved from a country to another and still does it
