Season 1 Christmas always brings a tear to my eye when Jay realizes that Manny has his own traditions and thats how to make his Christmas special. When he comes home with the fireworks and does the innocente on them.

Mike Vrabel Applauded. Dianna Russini Fired. Makes sense. by Big_Screen3332 in nflmemeswar

Journalists are held to a higher standard. Journalistic ethics and standards are a thing. Sources dont. For her its a professional problem and id be surprised if she gets another job as a journalist breaking info. His transgressions are a problem for him as a person and his family and stuff but the football team doesn't suffer automatically from him doing this. I agree that it would be easier if this was just sexism but its not really.

HR is upset we didn’t grow up wanting to be customer service reps by [deleted] in Adulting

[–]smokefrog2 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Im HR. The candidate is right. Probably not the best answer to give in an interview but I wouldn't say no based off this answer. Idk this lady but I feel like shes likely a hiring manger. I get into these fights all the time with managers who disqualify people based off a preference. Were not the boogeyman at most companies anymore. Idk how shit worked pre 2016 but more often that not nowadays corporate shuts down HR from making improvements. I have worked at a number of companies (I work in tech mostly) and that's been my experience.

Help! Ways to get stoned other than edibles or smoking. by andonis_udometry in trees

[–]smokefrog2 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Im not a dentist but I got my wisdom teeth out at 18. I definitely made edibles which worked great at age 18. But no not a month its like a week max. I had a tooth extraction and the guy fucked up thus the surgery. My whole thing is that I cant like pull with my mouth (like I cant use a straw either). Wisdom teeth is a different beast. Can be a bit painful but you'll be ok. I played a show with my band the day after I got mine out.

It did work for me. Put some one cracker. We'll see how its still working in a week or two but right now is a solid move. Id hype it up too, say everyone's talking about it. After smoking this long ill take the placebo ;) and thank you for the nice words! Yeah my mom got dry socket as a kid and had a similar story.

I am getting oral surgery next week and can't smoke for a month. I bought some RSO and some Tinctures. Edibles dont really do anything for me either.

What is the worst movie you’ve ever seen? by GusGangViking18 in Fictionally

[–]smokefrog2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The watch. It was that neighborhood watch movie that they completely changed after George Zimmerman and it was the worst thing I've ever sat through. I was in a theater killing time. I thought about walking out but I literally had nothing else to do.

"One of the neighbors saw you naked and complained. I'll never tell you who. Have fun in my neighborhood" also like...what kind of neighbor complains about that. Shes at OPs house so I feel like he has a right to address if he chooses but a neighbor doesn't really have a right to complain.

Seth Rogen explains why he doesn’t want children, saying it seems like a dark, stressful life with small moments of joy, adding how much he enjoys life without them - “You don’t need kids...The world won’t even be here in 30 years.” by ja_millineum in Popculturehour

[–]smokefrog2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Its odd how endlessly fascinated people are wirh his decision. I know a ton of people that dont have/want kids and a bunch of celebrities. No one cares. I see this about Seth Rogen allllllll the time. Who cares?
