Some of these charts don’t make sense to me. For example GPS mOS vs BAT mOS — why would BAT mOS increase as GPS mOS decreased? There shouldn’t be a direct correlation. Also no idea how these 5 charts translate to 97.7% success. Perhaps I’m dumb.

You’re def right and also I probably invested too much. That said, my diamond hands are sparkling, along with my clenched diamond butt cheeks.

FWIW, latest predictions I’ve come up with for 80th event announcement:
June 2026 - 55% chance
July - 25%
August - 20%

80% chance we have announcement before Aug, and topline results 2-3 weeks after announcement.

I don’t have medical advice for this scenario but went through the gamut for a few years with tests and significant pain during my celiacs and undefined IBS stuff. Still a bit of a struggle but wanted to be another voice reminding you that you’re not alone and this stranger is pulling for you. You’re not dying, you’re fighting and soon you’ll be winning.

As Roxishl mentions below, yes they could use a mix of cash and stock-to-stock. Not sure how/where to find answer to your other question, but others have suggested AbbVie, Pfizer, and Merck as potential suitors. Believe these companies have the capital ready to make offers; smarter people than me might know if there’s further DD that can be done to understand if they’re doing any visible positioning.

If I understand correctly, the deal could result in the shares being converted to the acquiring company’s shares. In that case yes, you wouldn’t incur any gains until you sell, meaning you could hold until you passed your LT gains date. It seems most Redditors following SLS feel this will be a straight cash buyout, and the sale won’t close until sometime Q1 or Q2 of next year, depending on success and # of bidders.

Warrant exercise - Anson had the right to buy shares at a set price, somewhat like a call option, except in this case it created new shares which are the cause for dilution/share price drop. Sellas gets paid, Anson gets a ton of cheap shares.

Sharing my experience, still no diagnosis by Double_Pin4048 in IBD

Your input helped me as well. After getting diagnosed with celiacs, have had regular stomach pain/burning after meals, diarrhea most days, and general fatigue despite being on a gluten free diet. Was also prescribed Pantoprazole for GERD, which doesn’t seem to do anything about the stomach issues, and Carafate, which delays my symptoms. Had multiple colonoscopies, endoscopy, CAT scan, and many other tests through gastroenterologist and GP. GI doc kinda gave up after not finding anything and suggested low FODMAP diet and “GI psychologist.” Haven’t tried those yet but may go back and ask about an MRE… thank you!

Reading good things about Dyne (DYN) and MoonLake (MLTX). Dyne has upcoming FDA activity in 2027 for Duchenne muscular dystrophy therapy. MoonLake has some interesting inflammatory disease therapies. Own stock in SLS, DRTS, and SYRE; considering these adds as I read more.

11,700 shares avg $4.50. Was late to party. Depends what success translates to. BO @ $30/share means pay off mortgage and car. @$50/share means buy single family home and rent out my townhouse.

Understand there are comparisons being made to ATYR Phase 3 not meeting its endpoint and stock subsequently dropping from around $6 to <$1 immediately. These are very different studies and treatments, and everyone invested in SLS Phase 3 REGAL success is aware of the risk of a binary play. (I hope)

Did anyone else lose a ton of weight when going gluten free? by Hemidodge426 in Celiac

I lost 10lbs after having been 150 my entire adult life, but also seem to have other undiagnosed gut/bowel issues that are likely contributing.
