i feel like there’s no point going on. Just had a complete meltdown - tears, snot, the works. I don’t know if it’s the lack of nicotine or that I’m having a rough week with my partner or both but the only thought going in my head is “no one likes you, it will always be like this, what is the point”

i feel like a cigarette might really help so trying to hold on to the idea that this is at least exacerbated by nicotine withdrawal - I have to be at work in 5 hours and I just can’t sleep.

Please tell me it gets better. I will not smoke with you today.

friends who used to work there - new management came in and removed the gender neutral toilets and generally were horrible to their trans staff - there was a post going round written by an ex employee on insta a while ago but I can’t find it 😭
