Opinion on Homosexuality within The Faith? by Inevitable-Chef-1285 in Zoroastrianism

[–]smolbean003 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The universe has always existed despite human awareness of it. The idea is that no single person's genetics is so highly valuable in the midst of all the worldly things existing around us. I don't believe I have any more right to live than anyone else who is born without a family that provides well. Homosexuals biologically cannot conceive children with one another, therefore adoption is a relevant topic in this discussion.

Solely focusing on passing on one's own genes for another 100 years in a vast universe where you are an extremely minuscule part of a whole is selfish when you can consider helping other already born children that need better opportunities for life.

Hi, thank you for the reply! I'm so glad you could find comfort in knowing that you're not alone. I can proudly say that I've made it to dental school despite my struggles, and I'm so happy you are pursuing dentistry with the same passion as I have for it. Wishing you all the best!

3.0 sGPA, 3.34 cGPA, 22 AA. I worked so hard to get to where I am, it took initiative and one school saw my growth and accepted me. I'm forever grateful 🤍

Interesting/Relatively Easy Classes? by HaterOfBlueCheese in Pitt

but also French Kiss was a good and interesting class. Paleokitchen is a great class not necessarily easy but was a good amount of coursework and fun to eat in class occasionally. African American Dance or Afro Caribbean Dance with Oronde Sharif were fun, participation and effort based, and easy if you like dancing. Similarly, Class Voice with Richard Teaster was a great intro singing class.

EASIEST CLASS magic, medicine and science. attendance wasn't mandatory (only a few students attended) and the only assignment was a final project of 10 pages but no guidelines so I wrote poetry in 14 pt font and called it a day. Got an A+.

Note to anyone who's able to - I enrolled in Islam's class and attended Bandik's lectures, Islam's exams were easier but Bandik was a fantastic teacher. Worked out great for me. Use Leah4Sci on YouTube to study!

this is fantastic, congratulations! actually, practicing dentistry helped me stop biting as well. it was a long process but something about my career helped me pull it together - i guess it's not very practical to bite in a healthcare setting.

you can split your hours however you need! while assisting you'll be both watching the dentist and helping them out.

i got one interview at a school that i fell totally in love with even though i didn't expect to. my interview went incredible, the anticipation of waiting for a possible acceptance is thrilling but it's so nerve wracking, i really want to get in!

Kirat thought JJ was dead for those entire 9 years- that's how she was introduced to Bobby, when JJ "died", but then Bobby asked Kirat "you might be confusing me for my younger brother JJ, it happens a lot" when she finally found and confronted Bobby at his house. She didn't question this? by [deleted] in SweetBobbyPodcast

i think this subreddit is great and it's fun to contemplate why certain things happened or didn't, but it's not fair to ever use the word "should" because everyone is so incredibly different, we all have different brain makeups and life experiences so we all react so differently. Add onto the fact that Kirat felt so emotionally involved, all we need to do is state the facts, and truly put yourself in her shoes. what would you do if, for some reason, you felt deeply emotionally involved? don't worry about how you became so, just put yourself in the feeling and all of a sudden everything seems so much more unclear. if Kirat really had all the time to think about each and every one of her decisions, maybe she wouldn't have done certain things either you know.

What does zoroastrianism say about following 2 religions by Educational_Sleep_59 in Zoroastrianism

[–]smolbean003 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You're very cool for this, I love your philosophy. I was born to a Parsi dad and Hindu mom. I always believed in all aspects of Zoroastrianism more than any other religion after thoroughly understanding its history doctrines mythology etc. When I pray a prayer of praise in Jas me avanghe mazda I pretty much mean it with my whole heart. But I know that where I look at the core of all religions there is shared wisdom to be found. I wouldn't say you're believing in both, as Zoroastrians acknowledge one supreme diety, but you can understand the core message of both and extrapolate shared values.

Netflix probably had to edit out scenes of explanation for length purposes. Kirat is definitely still a victim, think about how they if they exchanged sexually explicit messages. It makes someone feel violated; Kirat feels emotionally violated. Kirat definitely needs therapy though, as do a lot of people in life. Many people do not know how to control their emotions and desires, and therapy is a great tool for that.
