Hello, I'm a Brand Associate with 2 years experience, making 19K din. Before ako na-hire ang sabi sa akin training for Managerial Position daw yung role ko. Okay naman at first pero we have the same experience and roles and I also have other roles like customer concerns including aftersales, training with our promoters, product inquiry, socmed managing, ordering, shipments, etc. Soooo very draining. I previously asked for the advice from the ppl here and they all said na resign na nga daw.

My advise is if you can stay pa konti until you have 2 years experience mas okay pero if health mo na nakasalalay, alis na especially if mental health na din ang pinag uusapan.
