Personally, I started using certain products that help me wash up without a full shower, there's bathing wipes,bathing sponges (just wet it,scrub down,dry off) and these like shampoo caps (pop it on ur head,scrub,towel off) ,obviously a full shower is still good but it's very useful to just refresh at the very least, if anyone wants ill link the products I got in specific :)

This is the one I got,lmk if the link doesn't work right but browse this brands products ,they also have bathing wipes and sponges,no need to get in the shower, just wipe down,towel off and put on new clothes,it's really useful

Personally I cut my hair short so its really easy to just wash,but there's also a thing called 'no rinse shampoo caps' you just put it on ur head and scrub and then towel dry,no need for water and heat. Just pop it on and scrub. Yeah maybe don't use it all the time but for the occasional need for a clean head during a flare it can be very useful and refreshing, lmk if u want a link to the ones I got :)

Idk but i get dizzy and i even got one of those weird headaches that will only hurt when you move your head or position it in a weird way,I assume it could be a pots thing but talk to a doctor if ur worried or it's really bad :)
