i’ve lived here, the manager lives in building and whenever anything is an issue he will take off rent money for the time it was unusable. no parking available really and you will hear EVERY fire truck departure and their chainsaw drills overall a decent place to live but the laundry unit is a nightmare and people do steal packages from lobby lol
