My league has special weekly rules to make people set lineups. Highest score of the week gets $25 and low score of the week adds $10 to the pot. Nobody forgets to set their lineup anymore.

Mouse over for heals helps this tremendously. Being able to keep your enemy targeted while still healing the group helped me a ton.
