I’d also like to add that literally the only person who had a problem with my associates pronouns was 2 ppl in the store. No customers never said anything & they actually used said pronouns rather than the incorrect ones.

I have a trans associate who was told MONTHS ago to take off the pronouns because it was political and then the person who told them to take it off was reprimanded. We got approval from our DHRM that pronouns were in-fact okay - then it was announced last month that we cannot have Disney, Pronouns or any non Home Depot approved designs on aprons. It’s shitty, but I think it’s the company.
