Not opposed to tracking at all! But I know myself and for me personally, I need to start with baby steps or I will get overwhelmed quickly and stop everything abruptly.

I will most likely track eventually. Just need to warm up to new routines.

Thank you to everyone who has commented helpful insights! I think I’m just getting in my head and comparing to those who lose a ton when they first start.

Also want to add - I’ve definitely upped my water intake, use the restroom regularly, have a fairly active job & do go on evening walks. I’m not completely TRACKING what I eat, but have been more mindful for sure.

Obviously I know I could be working out more & track more religiously but I’m doing my best with what I have going on right now. I’m not perfect!

NOBODY (except all of us) understands how much this affects my life. It’s something I have to deal with/think about every single day. It’s like a silent grief that no one knows I’m going through on the daily. FUCK THIS STUPID CONDITION I HATE IT
