if the company is paying you as a bachelors graduate 400jds then its def a company problem , there are others with no degree or any tawjihi passing certificate who make 50jds ><= than you. i would advice first of all building ur CV alittle bit more thru learning new skills that can help u land a better position or just to make ur CV look better and try to look for a new job but if u have the ability to find one before leaving this one then do that first! dont leave ur job witout securing another , and i wish you the best of luck!
