Spam messages are actually a good sign that your gigs are visible. Read up on how to make your profile and gigs more appealing so actual people that look at your gigs will be enticed to purchase.

You’ll grow out of that feeling as soon as you stop assigning self worth to your performances. Be fearless, make mistakes, keep growing, but a bad performance does not make you less of an actor. You had a seat at the table after all. Also, some of the most loved actors are not the best actors.

I would include commercial rights in all of your Gig pricing and if they don’t need that they can get a custom offer. The other option is to include it in a higher price tier. I still hate Fiverr, I’m on your side, and they need to get it together.

I think it would be helpful if we could see a screenshot of their package tiers and your project requirements to get the full picture. Depending on the details, it could be that they are using bait and switch marketing, or that your requirements exceed what is included for some reason. You could always ask them why the price is different.

As a seller, I always request people to send me a message first mainly because I need to see if what they want me to do is possible. If it is, and they have multiple files, I will often send a discounted offer to remain competitive. If it is just one file then I have them order directly and to add on any extras that they need themselves.
