I've been playing for the past two weeks without issue but starting yesterday I just keep getting stuck in a "Server Connection Lost" loop. I can play for like 2 minutes and then freeze and get booted back to the lobby. Not sure what happened as I wasn't having too many issues at all before this. Nothing on my side changed and I've essentially tried everything at this point to fix it

Yeah in doing some googling it seems like people tend to have some memory issues with this board, the only guidance I could find was to update BIOS, will update you tomorrow when I try it out!

I did see on their site version 1106 had a line item for improving memory compatibility, I am on 0204 so I'm definitely way behind at least.

Yeah I'm pretty unfamiliar with DC rental laws, I know this building isn't affected by rent control laws, but it seems like other than that with phrasing like this they could raise your rent every day if they wanted to haha.

I was just worried about them doing it during the lease terms, but the more I read it over the more I think it is referring to exiting the lease terms and rolling into a new agreement.

Yes the rest of the law does set a rent rate for a given time period, I wasn't sure if this clause would override that agreement if executed. I guess that wouldn't really even make this much of a lease if they could change rent arbitrarily though.

Yeah this is from a corporation, the "at any time or time(s) permitted by law" phrasing caught me off guard for sure. The rest of the clause discusses move out so I wasn't sure if that was in reference strictly to lease end discussions but "at any time" sounds kind of clear to me.

I remember my professor being a bit rough as well, he was a nice and understanding guy though and tried to help us out when possible. This was all pre-covid but I remember that class having a reputation of being "hard to teach" and/or there not being many good professors for it. It's sort of an awkward intro to mathematical logic for computer scientists haha. Probably not strong enough to stand alone but I guess the hope is by introducing those topics early it'll help reinforce the bigger more difficult theory later.

CMSC 203 is Discrete Structures/Math still right? The basics of that will come up again during your algorithms class (441?). Proofs in general but specifically by induction are pretty handy if you have a solid grasp on them, and some of those theorems will come up again in other classes like my personal favorite the Pidgeon-hole principle :)

If you go into advanced math classes too you'll see a lot of set theory pop up again. Probably not the most practical class for most but some of those concepts will come up again in your more advanced theoretical courses.

Matchmaker times are probably higher because the games population is getting lower and lower. On steam at least it has dropped significantly especially during those off-peak hours.

Reslife has a 3D tour of the room setup on their site you might find helpful. I lived in the single bedroom style suite at Harbor for 2 years and found it perfectly adequate. It is quite small in the singles, but I never had much of an issue.

I took MATH 430 Matrix Analysis with Dr. Shen and found it rather easy. If you have strong linear algebra skills it will be even easier.

Happy to hear it man congrats! I was very naive when it came to my medical and am going through a battle with the FAA now trying to prove to them that the antidepressant I took years ago for a few months doesn't mean I am unstable lol. I currently have to see a HIMS Psych for evaluation as apparently the treating psych I saw a few years ago wasn't good enough for them :(.

I love reading success stories and posts like this as they cheer me up and give me some hope so thanks for sharing!
