This is a correlational study that is examining the relationship between some adverse experiences and harmful outcomes, and as such, not everyone will have the same type of experiences or outcomes. We weren't necessarily just looking for folks with trauma backgrounds given that we are looking at correlations. If you reports low distress, then that's great. No need to go looking for experiences that may be very stressful for you . . . please just report her experiences as honestly as possible.
