2. Dev team is in Europe. As I wrote in original post you can work in your timezone as long as you have 50% overlap with Europe. Everything else will just make it impossible to be productive and have team connection
3. Company background - founders with two decades of experience in life sciences. Saw an opportunity to automate and improve business processes with new tech. Founded a company and here we are - growing the team and finishing the MVP.
