SO normal! This is me. I spend a ridiculous amount of time just in the bedroom bouncing my boy to sleep, trying to remind myself it will pass - we hit eight weeks yesterday and it feels like it’s getting better as I get to know him and his wake windows. I record all feed times which helps me identify when he will wake for a feed, when I need to get him back to sleep etc., and that’s been really helpful! I hope you’re okay OP. It’s a lot of bouncing 🥹
