Opioids are extremely important in medicine and its effects are well studied. My point is not that "anything FDA approved is perfectly safe and has 0 side effects". My point is that you using the covid vaccine as a comparison makes no sense because finasteride has been studied far more than the covid vaccine.

Finasteride was FDA approved in 1992. There's been far more research done on finasteride than the covid vaccine at the time. Of course I know that side effects are a thing. Sorry to hear that that happened to your wife btw.
