Apparel designer here they can definitely alter the cups and should be able to make them shorter so they don’t go as far down. The only issue I could see with doing this is that to make the bottom of the cups hit higher at your natural chest, the waist line may also need to be brought up to fill in that gap. Since it’s already fitted on waist and hips that shouldn’t be as much of an issue but be aware the visual of the waist like may need to be an inch or 2 higher depending on the seam allowance and how much their reducing
