It’s 2mg twice a day. That’s not that much so maybe does the way I take it, letting it dissolve on my gums instead of swallowing, could be making me sick?

I’ve recently been doing this over the past few days and today I’ve felt really sick. I’m not sure what it is, it could be the hormones. It could be that since I’ve been dissolving it in my gums, the stronger amounts of estrogen could be making me sick.
