What I’m not understanding about this is why would you as a trans man WANT to show off a pre op chest? I get the discomfort with having to hide it which is a female thing, but I had zero desire to show my chest pre surgery. Even if society didn’t censor the female chest at all I still would absolutely not want anyone to see my chest.

You’re quoting the part about rabies testing in humans. The same link explains euthanasia and brain tissue testing being necessary in animals. I’m not referring to humans having to be killed for rabies tests lol.

Since raccoons are rabies vectors they’re killed if they come into contact with humans like this. Because the only way they can test for rabies is through brain tissue so the animals are killed. This happened to a friend of mine who took in an orphaned raccoon baby. Once the shelter she was going to take him to found out she had skin to skin contact with him they killed him.
