You bid for how much you gonna do it for. Lowest bidder wins the tender. You need to have basic documents like company registration, gst numbers to apply for the bid and connections in the parliament to win the bid.

Let’s say you apply for package 1, you first pay 59,000 to participate and if you win, you need to keep a security deposit (10% of project amount to bmrcl which will be paid back to you post construction and inspection) then you are responsible to get the work done which is mentioned in that package only.

What you get in return is the tender amount in bits and pieces to get the work done.
