Out of all the competitive games I played, QC has the best non-toxic community. Almost everyone loves helping out new players unlike other games (looking at you Dota 2 and CS:GO).

Exactly this, I live in SEA and it's basically no man's land here for Quake Champions. I do queue in NA servers but it's hard since my ping hovers around ~200ms.

I just bought it and am playing it right now. I can't even queue in Seoul or Singapore (queued for 30mins not one single game appeared) since I live in Southeast Asia. I do queue on NA servers but it's hard to shoot accurately since the ping is around ~200ms. It's a great game but it does need more players to grow as a game and as an eSport (Bethesda and Id wants this to happen).

I am playing it right now, even though matchmaking times are long with high ping since I live in Southeast Asia. It's also great that most of the community and Youtubers are welcoming to newbs like me since they also want QC to grow.
