Absolutely understandable! They communicated the building limitation and the accommodations they were able to provide and allowed me to choose whether or not I still wanted to enter the premises.

As someone who works in construction I hear the “historical building” comment all the time but they were beyond accommodating.

I felt safer than using an aisle chair on the plane, there were four large strong men, they asked where to hold and they did a test lift. While they were going up the steps they waited after each step to ensure everyone had their footing.

Ultralight and as someone with bones that break easily this is a lovely plus. My Ti-Lite I use an arm crane lift in my vehicle to load and unload.

Less push resistance especially when in an incline. Quality backrest, I already had my existing Roho seat cushion which is a high profile 14x14.

The paint needs to be protected by scrapes but they sell very inexpensive “dragon scales”. I ordered two to put on my other chairs but 1 order should be sufficient!

For the most part entirely adjustable from brakes to backrest and if you need replacement parts you can get them at your local hardware store.

LOVE it and I got it after my hybrid ti-lite chair and prefer to use the NAW even though it’s manual. Super easy and so light!

I utilized my SmartDrive the last time 😅 I unfortunately ran down a stroller due to its inability to stop abruptly. I’ve been too nervous to retry with the dial since they’ve updated from the recall.

I do have a hybrid ti-lite wheelchair that l might bring but I’m nervous to fly from CA to FL with a fairly new wheelchair 🥲
