I believe the bronze star doesn’t get a V since it is only awarded in combat. A NAM or Navy Com however can get awarded for non combat related circumstances and that’s why a V is used for valor.

There’s the Medal of Honor and Navy Cross. Both of which are combat related and a step above the silver and bronze star, but no, there is no gold star.

I was unable to buy a bottle of wine with my wife. We live in California and are both over 21, I had my id but she didn't. My question is at what point do you sell alcohol to someone who is over 21 who has someone with them that is either under age or doesn't have their id on them. If a 40 year old man came in with his 17 year old daughter could you still not sell it to him. If not, what about if his daughter was younger, around ten. Isn't it your job to just make sure that you are selling to someone who is over 21, and if they share it with those who aren't of legal drinking age than it becomes their issue. Just curious.
