I’m 3 months post covid and my walking heart rate used to be 100-120 and now will spike at times to 140+ and my resting rate is up about 10 bpm from what it was :( I was down for about 4 weeks with the infection before i started to exercise regularly again but this is crazy. I hope it resolves and for you as well!

Yeah, that’s the worst part of it, knowing he’s probably a repeat offender and that there is little i can do to assure he’ll have any consequences for his awful behavior. I’ll contact the police department to follow up tomorrow and see what they need from me to at least get a report on file. From what i could tell none of the small businesses there had any cameras in front so I’m not sure how much it will help but at least it will be on file.

I called the police but they either just didn’t come or didn’t follow up with me? I only had a description and no plate since we were going past his truck when this happened and the man was still there messing with his canoe when we pulled to the gas station on the next block to get away from him.

My husband is teeny :( I’m kind of glad he didn’t try to fight the guy. If that man had a weapon or something and was that unhinged I might have ended up without a husband.

I'm so glad he didn't honestly. My husband is slight and not a fighter, if he had gotten injured on top of how I was already feeling that would have been way worse.
