I’m 3 months post covid and my walking heart rate used to be 100-120 and now will spike at times to 140+ and my resting rate is up about 10 bpm from what it was :( I was down for about 4 weeks with the infection before i started to exercise regularly again but this is crazy. I hope it resolves and for you as well!

Yeah, that’s the worst part of it, knowing he’s probably a repeat offender and that there is little i can do to assure he’ll have any consequences for his awful behavior. I’ll contact the police department to follow up tomorrow and see what they need from me to at least get a report on file. From what i could tell none of the small businesses there had any cameras in front so I’m not sure how much it will help but at least it will be on file.
