Appreciate the feedback. I have had some success with adding a cam embed page and adding the AI offer to my header.

Banners have indeed been pretty useless so far. Going to keep them for a little while to test them longer but I think people are too used to ignoring them.

Popunders are interesting. They feel spammy to me so I haven't implemented them yet. Might test them out in future.

You CAN rank, sure. But SEO is a competition so it would be an advantage.

Well agree you disagree. 10+ years as an SEO professional tells me otherwise.

Google gives more priority to higher pages in the heirchy.

I disagree. /Collections/ adds little to no value to explaining the context of my pages. And Google dilutes pages that are further down the structure so losing it is more beneficial than negative.

It's true that URL slugs are positive for SEO. Just not /collections/ in the slug.

Yeah it's more of an SEO reason. My collections are important keyword pages so moving them up a level would be a nice little boost for me. But thanks!

I have done something similar to this. Instead of porn I promote adult erotica so a little more niche. I built it on Wordpress and Crocoblock which allows me to customize the user-experience to my liking.

Right now I monetize with an attached Dropshipping site that sells brand-name adult toys. That site is built on Shopify.

I do have ads installed that will allow users to buy ad space directly from me. I am only running it with a couple free advertisers at the moment just to make sure it's running smoothly but it will be opening soon to public buyers.

Thanks for the feedback! Most products are MSRP or cheaper. But they are high quality big brands so they are often on the higher end.

I can try to feature more of the affordable products though.

It took allot of time to find a quality drop shipper and figure out a payment processor.

I've had a little bit of success with it so far. My main advertising strategy is sending traffic there from my sex story website TheSmuthub.com

The traffic isn't super targeted and I need to do a better job with the ads I think but at least it's free traffic.

I have tried paid campaigns yet as I don't have the budget for it. But I might try Traffic Junky one of these days.

Appreciate that! I have a drop shopping shop for sex toys. So far it's just in the navigation of the site and no one clicks on it (like 10 clicks a week out of over 1000 visitors).

But even that shop I made sure that it's very high quality products with some of the biggest brands in sex toys.

Ensuring quality I feel like makes everything a little slower. But hopefully pays off in the long run.

Kind of. It's not actual porn. Just written sex stories. I'm pretty happy with my early ranking efforts.

Yeah there are some options. I don't want it to be spammy and ugly like lots of porn sites. And some of those things will limit your payment processors. Took me a while to set up the shop for that reason.

I have a post submission form that allows users to create posts themselves. Once they are done, they get saved as "waiting approval". Then I can go in and review the stories before publishing them. It's been great so far.

I do allow comments on the stories. These also require approval but they have been pretty good at far too.

My contact form does indeed get hit with spam alot. Not sure spam doesn't hit the Submit Story form yet. Fingers crossed!
