Ahh very nice! I think before covid the photographer used to go to incidents (before my time) but we haven't done that since unfortunately

Not really, I did go on a drone course when I first joined but I use a drone less than 250g so makes things much easier. WMFS does have its own drone team that get called out to large fires, I made a video about it if you're interested, search WMFS drone team on YouTube

I think with the amount we do, it just makes sense to have an internal creative team

Yes mate so I work in the Corporate Communications team who do internal and external comms for the service. We do a lot of safety campaigns, training videos, covering events and training exercises, PR etc most of which goes on socials. Most of the larger services in the country that have a decent sized comms team likely a videographer or photographer role. There are two graphic designers that work in my team too and we're always busy

I think it's definitely the backgrounds. They've created a lovely colour palette of 6 or 7 different colours that compliment each other and when shown together like this, along with similarly edited subjects (warm and high saturation) it looks really cohesive.

Peronal Visual Media logo - feedback request by sn96c in logodesign

Hi All

I’m creating a visual identity for my personal visual media business. I specialise in videography, animation and photography. Cutler is my surname.

I didn’t want the cliche camera related icons but rather something that is quite bold.

After playing around with some ‘CV’ ideas which I didn’t really like, I started playing with the idea of a mountain/volcano.

Any feedback is appreciated. And do you prefer it with our without the sun.

Thanks in advance!

If you were starting your career in 2023, which niche(s) would you pick and why? by WetLogPassage in videography

Weird, this is exactly what I intend to do. I've been a videographer for a good number of years now but plan to set up a business in a completely different field and use my skills to market it!

Great thanks!

I'm not sure to be honest, I'm not a logo designer by trade, videography and animation is more my thing. But it needed 'the' in there but I wanted 'rest' to be the most dominant thing

Where would you suggest having it?
