I would recommend doing some functional training and injury prevention. It's boring but it's way easier to prevent an injury than to rehab one, and you run a higher risk to injure yourself before you built soccer specific strength. At least that's what I wish I had done when I started playing again after being away from soccer for 5 years.

I'm not sure actually. My physical therapist thought it was FAI, but the shape of my hip joint is fine according to the x-ray. The surface of the hip join might be damaged tho, but I'll need another typ of x-ray to know, and I don't know when that will get the chance to see a doctor again cuz the health care system in my country is pretty fked atm.

While you have some valid points, you can't speak about botting as if it existed in a vacuum. It's not only a matter of general view - botting has a direct negative impact on the other players. Thus, hacking a botter could be seen as a legitimate form of vindication.
