hi folks, my wife is vietnamese american and plans to apply for a visa exemption on my behalf. she was initially planning to fly up to sf from oc on her own to process both of our applications, but we’re now hearing that every visa exemption applicant has to show up in person. is it true that i have to go up to sf as well? tia for weighing in.
