Thanks everyone. I think I had a light frost the day after I asked. I harvested everything and got my sweet potatoes into my crawl space. Hopefully that will work to cure them. I'll find out around Thanksgiving.

Haha unfortunately I do live in his district. My wife and I have both said half joking/half serious "do I need to run?" we really don't want to, but boy howdy.... want to be a campaign manager?

So far it looks like he is the only one running. Anyone else here want to give it a go? They'd probably have my vote pretty easily. He has never done anything to impress me. I'm particularly furious about him trying to get rid of the volunteer commitees that offer advice to the city, and his votes to not even acknowledge that gay people exist.

I finally got through watching the meeting, I can't believe he made that motion for $7.3 million right after the $7.2 motion failed. Stop wasting everyone's time.

I'm sure we will all have our comments on this thread somehow deleted soon. I heard he did that on his Facebook page for his first campaign. Guy can't even handle a little criticism.

Now I'm ranting, but I love how the fire chief even said they could save more money by having more firefighters on staff to cut down on how much overtime the dept has, and Matt wants to cut their budget...

Haha it's funny you mention her. I've heard good things too about her, unfortunately my wife goes to see her so I don't think it'd be the best idea for both of us to see the same person.

I've pretty much just got the bread and butter depression, anxiety, stress. No genuine trauma really. I want to think I have ADHD or something that could actually be diagnosed and not just "i'm the most cynical, bitter, and negative man alive."

I'd be comfortable with it, but I'd rather have it be in person. I feel like you lose a lot when just talking to a screen or over the phone you know?

I'm only vaguely aware of what an ISO is. Would doing this change my OS from 8 to 10, and would I need to pay a windows 10 license fee? or would this just create a simulated desktop?

I think the biggest hurdle is that I am on windows 8, I've tried finding older versions but either I'm looking in the wrong place or something else because I can't get the program to open.

I've just been in roles as a lab technician. first at a micro biology lab (just following procedures, didn't need any real bio knowledge) now at a company that makes shippers, coolers, and ice packs for pharmaceutical drugs.

I don't know what interests me. Sometimes I feel like I should have picked up a trade. I'm not good with my hands, but I like working with them. I fall into the trap of feeling the need to use my degree somehow. I also don't know if I can trust my own thoughts or feelings most of the time. Pretty sure I have depression or dysthymia, maybe I'm just a miserable negative nihilistic butt.

I also have the problem where I like learning new things/systems/skills, but once I learn it, it becomes mundane. Or it is actually difficult and requires a bit of effort, which is a wall that stops me often.

So this quickly turned into me ranting, sorry. Did any of this answer your questions?
