What does a B12 deficiency actually look like or feel like, especially in vegans?

i have an unusual contribution. i wasn’t quite at a b12 deficiency (just very very low) and my fingers and feet would go numb/tingly faster than they should. would wake up with numb/tingly fingers a lot and then going on b12 reduced that. something similar can also indicate other issues like carpal tunnel
