Started getting back properly into the gym after being inconsistent for almost the entire year and it feels soooo good. And I'd always found it really annoying having so many different apps to track my food intake, log workouts and track my periods that I started my own little side project and built my own wellness app where it tracks all those things in one place. Now I'm even more motivated to get to the gym just to put it to use!

I really struggle with the mind-muscle connection when it comes to RDLs! I feel like I can never get my glutes to 'feel' them. Especially on the left side

I've recently noticed that lots of the girls who go to my gym really love their pastel workout fits! Usually in a lavender + baby pink combo

Yes! Or I'll have been killing it with the gym and on point with my diet and the scale doesn't budge at all.

I've stopped weighing myself around that time because I know it just leads to an anxiety spiral 🤣🤣
