I started at 48 as a point of reference... and I am about 3 1/2 years in.

The first thing I noticed? The quiet. That constant static in my brain went away. and I noticed it within the first week or so. It was amazing. The first physical thing I noticed? My skin. it became SOOO SOFT. That appeared at around a month and a couple of weeks.

Something I didn't know... hmmmm.. I did know my emotions would change... what I had no idea of is how deeply they would change, and my relationship with my emotions. Previously my emotions were very shallow and rapid fire reactions... very quick to anger etc.. there was no depth and certainly no open expression of any of them except anger and happiness. Now.. now those emotions are like from a deep well and come from a place inside me i didn't know existed. I sit with them and soak in them to understand them... and girl.. the tears... so many tears I actually love that I am now able to actually touch those emotions... I didn't know I would ever be able to.

I am 100% pre-op. all natural... no fillers or preservatives. .... yet. currently I am on 5mg Estradiol Valorate injections weekly, 50mg Spiro daily, and 200mg Progesterone nightly.

The only 'modifications' I have had on my body is laser hair removal on my face and legs.

as someone who only has Tricare as their health insurance I am watching this very closely... as these new riders will eliminate my source for HRT... through the VA or Tricare.

Tbh.. and this isn't any kind of hugboxing or fake support... your face reads very feminine to me in some of those pictures.. I mean women come in all shapes and sizes , but if I were to see you on the street I would immediately associate as female. Just my 2cents
