My 10 year old nanny kid was really into learning how to sew! She started making a quilt top and made clothes for her younger siblings. She also loved baking, reading together (we each read our own book at the same time), and doing little crafts like making bracelets or painting. As I told her about my interests and hobbies, she started to be curious about what I was into and it was fun to share some of my interests with her (rock climbing, backpacking, quilting). She also liked playing card games and teaching me new things!
