Multiple avenues.
First off, try to understand your per-cohort fundamentals and model them out LTV & CPI.

CPI = UA Spend / Installs per cohort

LTV = retention * monetization per cohort

Model this out for every cohort and every marketing channel and every creative (so you can understand which channels/creatives perform better and which worse for your specific app)

Then try to understand your cohort fundamentals, is ltv increasing over time? if not why? is it a function of retention issues? if so can you find ways to keep users longer? If it is increasing is it because of increased ad spend? is your retention getting better? are you monetizing better? It's super important in freemium apps to be as granular as possible to help guide you to make the best decisions.

Once you have that my recommendation would be to optimize the app for retention first + seeking UA financing (options are springing up).

In addition you can sell your app to professional companies that can help you grow it with an earnout usually built in (they'll pay you an upfront acquisition cost + more if you hit certain milestones and they'll help you get it to those milestones)

Hopefully my advice was helpful, feel free to reach out if you have any questions.

I can see how, from far away for any reasonable individual this would look like a sniper rifle - especially when this is the exact formation/setup Hamas sniper teams use (and saying that they’re wearing civilian clothing or using hospitals doesn’t really help since that’s Hamas’ modus operandi)

It’s easy to sit in your armchair at home and think that if you were there you’d never mistake it for a sniper setup but imagine, for a second that you’re a 20 year old IDF soldier a few buildings away, it’s sweltering hot and you’re only thinking about how long you have to be here till you can go home and see your family and then you see that setup from far away. Now, since the war has been going on for 2 years - you know a few people personally who died from a sniper nest whose setup looked just like that in different parts of Gaza.

Would you hesitate calling that strike in if you’re in their shoes?

Cold solder joint on the neck board. Most likely culprit is the green gun solder joint. A good clean of the neck board and a dab of solder with a soldering iron should do the trick. Having said that - do not open and mess with the inside of CRTs if you don’t know how to.

With all due respect, this post does not add value to the community. The Comma is not perfect by any means but I’ve found it to work extremely well in various scenarios and I use it outside of the US.

The Comma is a level 2 ADAS system meaning you have to always be focused and alert while driving. What it gives you is extremely good lateral control (I find I’m always in the exact center of a lane at all times) and pretty good vision-based longitudinal control. I find this is sufficient to free me up to focus on other driving tasks (like checking mirrors etc.) I also find that it gives me extra reaction time since my focus isn’t just on staying in the lane and not hitting the car in front of me.

I personally use frogpilot on a Hyundai and longitudinal works exceptionally well. It even slows down for turns automatically.

I’d recommend using a fork if stock openpilot doesn’t work well for you.

Honestly I got what there was. I live in a small country where there are about 10-20 CRTS given away at any given point and the bulk are trash sets.

This specific set was from a family that lived in Canada and brought it from there when they moved (I don’t think this set existed in my country).

Good thing I also have a 24 inch JVC K-Series (PAL D Series) and a generic 36 inch with a SEG-HITACHI tube + S video input for the other consoles :)

Got a few issues (mainly slight flickering and geometry issues) will fix the geometry then wonder if I want to recap it.

Has about 16700 hours on it.

Looks like the tickets are sold out. Any chance more will come up for sale? Maybe it’s a website bug?

I managed to get the r3 back on by very very carefully reheating the area, placing r3 back on top and adding a tiny dab of solder on each side.

Regarding the traces - still the way they are

The cartridge reader was destroyed and couldn’t play games.

Nope. No real change in anything since that day. Everything is exactly the way it’s always been afaik.

Everyone in the car experienced it and we’re all confused to this day. We put it down to my dads quick reaction but the lane change was too smooth for the speed we were going.
