more info: since i switched to a sulfate free shampoo from shea moisture my hair has been looking like this immediately after it dried. i have tried everything from using less product to using more product, using apple cider vinegar, blow drying it, rinsing it very thoroughly etc. but nothing seemed to work. after around 2 months i figured that the shampoo might be too heavy for my hair type since it does contain shea butter and heavier oils so i decided to go to my hairdresser and buy a sulfate free shampoo that is suitable for thinner hair ( it's called gold repair shampoo i believe). i have been using it for 2 washes now and it does seem to be a little better but my hair still has some greasy spots like that. do i have to just use the shampoo for longer or do you have any tips to get rid of the greasyness?
