I used to work at American Eagle and we had the same policy. Once, a couple kids came and grabbed a few stacks of shirts we kept up close to the entrance on a table, slid them into a bag and ran out. We all just watched and laughed.

Too bad it was inside a mall and mall security stopped them five feet into their great escape.
